GoatLab is a free-to-play collection of browser sports games. Optional purchases are described below. In-game currency ("Goat Coins") and cosmetics have no cash value and are non-transferable.
To ask for a refund, email matt@goat-lab.app from the address on your account with the date of the charge. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days. A refunded purchase is removed from your account. Nothing here limits any refund or cancellation right the law in your country gives you.
Purchases are tied to the account you are signed in with. Keep your account secure; benefits and balances follow that account across devices.
Some parts of GoatLab let players write to each other, such as the tournament chat. By using them you agree to these rules. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive players.
Not allowed: harassment or bullying, hate speech or slurs, threats or encouraging self-harm, sexual or explicit content, spam or advertising, impersonating others, and sharing personal information (yours or anyone else's), including phone numbers, addresses, emails and links.
What we do: every message is filtered automatically before it is shown. Any player can report a message and block another player from the menu next to it. We review reports within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these rules, and ban the accounts responsible from chat. Serious or repeated abuse can lose you your account.
You are responsible for what you post. Do not post anything you would not want other players to read. To report something directly or ask about a decision, email matt@goat-lab.app.
GoatLab is run by Wolff Labs LLC. We respect the rights of creators. If you believe something on GoatLab (including a player name, chat message, or other content a player posted) infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512):

Your notice must include: (1) your physical or electronic signature; (2) the copyrighted work you say is infringed; (3) the material you want removed and where it is on GoatLab (a link or clear description); (4) your name, address, phone number, and email; (5) a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law; and (6) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you can send a counter-notice to the same address with the details the law requires. We remove content in response to valid notices, and we close the accounts of repeat infringers when appropriate.
We may update these terms or Pro's price/benefits; we'll post changes here, and material subscription changes take effect on your next renewal.
